Become a champion of digital change in your organization by attending this MBA level course at the Schneider School of Business (open to business leaders)
In 2018 I had the opportunity to design and teach an MBA level course for the Schneider School of Business at St. Norbert College. I wanted this class to build on the educational lessons learned from my work with Advancing AI Wisconsin, but I wanted to go further. MBA graduates will be relied upon by their current or future employers to bring critical thinking and new approaches to the table, so we had to equip them to do just that.
The class is a seven-week program that is open to MBA students enrolled at St. Norbert College, but also to a small number of community members who can “audit” (attend, but no requirement to do all of the homework). The course features extensive introduction to the dynamics of the Great Transformation, deep dives into various technologies (some created by the participants themselves), an introduction to and practical application of the POP Framework, and finally the development of a high level business plan for deployment a transformation technology solution within a company or as a start-up solution.
